ABOUT THE CLIENT
POV is an emerging Egyptian brand offering high-performance magnetic mobile holders, tailored for content creators across Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Designed to boost creativity and productivity, POV delivers versatile, innovative solutions through customizable packages that meet diverse user needs.
We partnered with POV at the early stage of their launch, leading their first direct-sales campaign. Our strategy included producing content for niche groups like bikers, gamers, and fitness enthusiasts—individuals who rely on their phones for capturing moments or creating content.
A highlight was the POV Magnetic Card, built for hands-free use with dual straps and a strong magnetic sheet, allowing secure mounting on almost any surface for effortless shooting from multiple angles.
NATURE OF THE PROJECT
This project was media buying and consultation. We created a very deep market analysis, client analysis to choose the perfect content tracks suitable for the business nature and current size then we started to ensuite targeted campaigns.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Test all possible content tracks and target audience segments to draw a professional matrix which content track is suitable for (growth, engagement and conversion) campaigns.
- Maximize ROAS through tailored targeting that take the action and buy a new product.
- Maintain high brand positioning.
CHALLENGES
- Limited Online Presence: Website was not created yet, the messaging campaign struggled to convert potential customers.
- New introduction in the market: The key point isn't that the branding was flawed; rather, it was a new product, and its success came from delivering high-quality creative content, effectively reaching the right audience.
SOLUTIONS
- Preserving What Works: By sticking to the original, successful reel-based creatives, the brand maintained consistency and engaged effectively with its audience.
- Building a Shopify Website: Developing a Shopify site gave the business a streamlined platform to boost online sales and offer a seamless shopping experience.
- Focused Marketing: We identified specific audience segments based on reel themes, allowing for more personalized and relevant outreach.
RESULTS
- Better Conversion Rates: The introduction of the Shopify website led to a noticeable increase in conversions.
- Stronger Brand Identity: Staying with the proven creatives reinforced the brand's image and consistency.
- Higher Engagement: Targeting key segments with personalized content drove better audience interaction and engagement.
- Clear direction: After testing certain campaigns with many types of creatives addressed to all potential segments we created a clear roadmap for the digital presence for the brand.
- High ROI: Passing all challenges and using unique selling points, we managed to maintain a great x10 ROAS (return on ad spend) which was a first to the brand.
- Price increase: We also consulted to increase the price of their Super Mobile Magnet product by 1.5x, which, despite initial hesitation, led to a significant sales boost within just two weeks.
OUR APPROACH ON META
We focused on delivering targeted ads tailored to the personas of our audience, based on the selected creatives that aligned perfectly with our strategy.
WE DIVIDED THE AUDIENCE INTO THESE KEY SEGMENTS
Bikers & Car Enthusiasts: For this group, we developed three distinct creatives: Game, Level Up, and Stay Connected.
Athletes & Sports Fans: Similarly, we created relevant content for this segment, featuring Sport Game, Gym Rats, and Stay Connected.
Stay Connected was a universal theme across both groups, as it resonated well with all audiences.


OUR APPROACH ON TIKTOK
After testing Meta's strategy on TikTok, we found it wasn't the right fit for this platform. Instead, we split our campaign into two focused segments: one targeting photography and camera enthusiasts, and the other engaging users who interact with entertainment content. The results were clear—entertainment outperformed significantly.
Photography Segment: Total Spend: 286 EGP
Entertainment Segment Total Spend: 1322 EGP
SUMMARY
Today, POV is one of the leading platforms for mobile magnets, achieving significant sales numbers, maintaining brand positioning, contributing in shark tank TV show, adding new creative products continuously, and having a great market share in smart mobile holders.
