Through close partnerships with public officials, legal professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors, HiiL works to ensure that people can effectively address and prevent legal issues. By doing so, they not only improve lives but also support broader economic growth and social well-being.
NATURE OF THE PROJECT
THIS LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN HAD ONE OBJECTIVE IS TO GATHER ALL FINTECH, PROPTECH, INSURETECH, GOVTECH, AND CIVICTECH STARTUPS THAT ARE FACING LEGAL PROBLEMS IN THREE COUNTRIES (TUNISIA, KENYA & NIGERIA) TO APPLY.
CHALLENGES
- Very small account size: their social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness were too low to conduct a successful conversion campaign reaching the niche target with good CPR(Cost per result).
- Incomplete Brief on Targeted Segments: The lack of a comprehensive brief detailing the targeted segments, including Fintech, Proptech, Insuretech, Govtech, and Civictech, created obstacles in developing a focused campaign strategy. The limited understanding of these sectors made it difficult to tailor our approach effectively.
- Multiple Facebook Pages and Ad Accounts: The client’s presence on various Facebook pages complicated the management of the campaign. Navigating through multiple ad accounts, each operating with its own currency, added further complexity to the process
- Communication and Deadline Constraints: Ineffective communication between the client and the campaign. team hindered our ability to access crucial ad accounts and gather necessary information. These challenges led to time constraints, pushing the campaign closer to its deadline and impacting overall execution.
SOLUTIONS
- Research and Identification: Conducted in-depth research to gain insights into key target segments, including Fintech, Proptech, Insuretech, Govtech, and Civictech. This allowed for a clearer understanding of each sector's unique needs and challenges
- Consolidation and Conversion: Unified various Facebook pages to one page and transitioned ad accounts to a standardized currency, enhancing consistency and simplifying financial management across the board.
- Improved Communication: Established effective communication channels and implemented regular updates, fostering transparency and collaboration among teams.
RESULTS
- results: We supported Hill International Organization in achieving their objectives across Kenya, Tunisia, and Nigeria with tailored lead generation campaign strategies and optimized budgets. By implementing the required overflow, we delivered broad exposure, resulting in 250+ interested leads and a significant increase in followers
- Targeted Campaigns: Developed refined strategies aligned with the shared interests of target segments, resulting in stronger engagement and measurable impact.
- Streamlined Management: Consolidated multiple platforms and currencies, simplifying campaign management and enhancing operational efficiency for further campaigns to be easer and more effective.
- Wider Exposure: 400k+ reach of true target audience boosted visibility and brand awareness, which grew the follower base
- On-Time Delivery: we used a unique media buying strategy to deliver the results in shorter period of time and overcome the time consumed in organizing the pages, creatives and ad accounts, ensuring all tasks were executed promptly, meeting deadlines and maintaining project timelines.
