NATURE OF THE PROJECT

This project took place at the early stage of Eventec, they had just a portfolio consisting of booth building, designs, and full event management, they had marketing excuters but no planning or a marketing manager to set a direction and no media buying so we had to act like a marketing department in planning, studying the market digitally, see the gaps and hunt opportunities to conquer the events management, summits and activation industry quickly. Through continuous consultation plans and tailored paid campaigns, we supported Eventec in enhancing its brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and achieving measurable growth across all platforms.
