Dovvo is a manufacturer of bathroom furniture, specialized in a wide range of stylish products such as bath units, mirrors, and bath accessories. With a strong focus on quality and a considerable international presence, Dovvo has established itself as a reliable name in the bathroom industry with a very strong B2B model, achieving a very wide spread all over Egypt, delivering both functionality and elegance to enhance customers ' bathroom spaces.
NATURE OF THE PROJECT
This project was media buying and consultation. to increase Dovvo’s online market share We created a very deep market analysis, client analysis to choose the perfect content tracks suitable for the business nature and current size then we started to ensiate targted campaigns.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- Increase social media audience and client base B2C
- increase brand awareness about the brand and all its product categories
- Achieve online sales from customers directly, not through furniture retailer stores(third party)
- Reach the maximum potential for Dovvo’s digital exposure.
- Maintaining high brand positioning.
- Maximize ROAS through tailored conversion campaigns to reach highest online sales possible.
CHALLENGES
- Limited Online Presence: Focusing on the B2B business model only resulted in weak digital exposure
- website is just a display: no e-commerce website to conduct sales on, while having a very huge product variety.
- High online competition: the furniture industry in Egypt has been highly competitive which increases the ads budget to have enough exposure competing with both big high-budget organizations and many small copycats increasing market’s biding and costs.
- Insufficiency in visuals and content: social media activities mismatched the target audience attracting C class mostly while the target audience (B&A-) were not engaging with the brand.
- limited personnel: inhouce marketing team is less than the brand’s needs.
SOLUTIONS
- Direction setting: setting a clear direction for the dovvo to ensure short-term and long-term objectives, with no clear direction, brands go nowhere.
- consistent digital exposure: creating a clear visual and content identity to match Dovvo’s offline high reputation and post on social media.
- Diversifying online platforms: adding TikTok, a website, and enhancing Meta platforms to address target audiences in different ways, and to know more about the brand to overcome high competition.
- Addressing the right target audience: supporting the visuals team with fresh, unique visual references for different post types, and crafting tailored awareness campaigns to encourage target audiences to interact and buy from the brand.
- e-commerce website building: building a plan for the website to be sufficient in enhancing the sales process, and not relying on moderate sales only
- Building a strong online community: attracting new true audiences on Meta and TikTok accounts through valuable content, high-end visuals, and tailored growth campaigns to achieve both high brand positioning and account enlargement.

OUR APPROACH ON META
The plan aimed to identify the digital gaps limiting the brand’s visibility and sales potential both on social media and the website. Through a deep domestic market analysis, we examined how competitors were leveraging their online presence and highlighted areas where Dovvo could stand out (content, visual tracks, and current ads with the best performance).
WE DIVIDED THE AUDIENCE INTO THESE KEY SEGMENTS
Identifying Digital Gaps: The insights revealed several key issues: limited website functionality, low content performance, and a lack of direct purchase flow for end consumers.
Building the Optimization Roadmap: Based on these findings, we developed a comprehensive digital optimization roadmap, encompassing website refinement, enhanced user navigation, and targeted campaigns that drove traffic and converted visits into sales.
Transforming the Website: The outcome was a stronger, more seamless digital ecosystem that didn’t just enhance exposure, it shifted Dovvo’s website from a passive display platform to an active sales channel, resulting in consistent traffic growth and measurable conversion.
