The brand focuses on customer care, service quality, and accessibility, with approximately 14 active branches across Cairo. Through professional pharmacists, delivery services, and reliable support, Doss Pharmacies aims to offer a convenient and dependable healthcare experience for its community

NATURE OF THE PROJECT

We were tasked with creating a digital marketing strategy for Doss Pharmacy, with a primary focus on increasing mobile app downloads as the core business objective. The strategy aimed to boost their online presence, drive measurable growth, and convert digital engagement into real app adoption and usage.

  2. Focus primarily on increasing mobile app downloads rather than page engagement or sales through the page.
  3. Allocate the full budget to App Install campaigns while improving brand visibility with the same spending.
  4. Build a data-driven content and advertising approach based on audience insights and market behavior

  • App Performance After Two Months: After two months : 900+ downloads
  • Total Campaign Downloads: Total from campaigns : 980 downloads
  • Orders & Customers: Orders : 742 / customers : 967
  • Budget Efficiency: Total spend : 2,000 EGP, Achieved : 200 downloads in less than a month, Very low Cost per Install compared to market averages
  • Page Popularity: Page became one of the most popular pharmacy pages on Facebook
  • Brand Awareness: Strong improvement in brand awareness, page engagement, and community interaction
  • Data-Driven Impact: Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Campaign Driven Growth: Reach dropped from :200K to 60K after stopping campaigns, confirming growth was campaign driven, not organic.
