NATURE OF THE PROJECT
Our goal was to translate their long standing expertise into a strong online identity that attracts, educates, and converts high value customers within the luxury car segment

- Establish a strong and consistent digital presence that reflects Automaster's premium positioning.
- Increase brand awareness among BMW & MINI owners in Egypt, particularly in Cairo's high income areas.

- Niche audience: Services are exclusively tailored for BMW and MINI vehicles, resulting in a very limited market segment.

- Low brand awareness: Low brand awareness compared to larger workshops or multi branch automotive centers.
- High service expectations: High service expectations since the target audience owns luxury vehicles and expects world class quality.
- Lack of previous digital structure: No consistent content, no clear brand identity, and no strong ads strategy in place.
- Trust barrier: Trust barrier, as BMW and MINI owners are often hesitant to service their vehicles outside authorized dealerships and require strong credibility to choose an independent service center.
